HANGCHA Forklifts History
In 1956, thanks to the consent of the party committee, 18 small companies were merged into the Hangzhou Mechancial Rapard Factor. Two years later, the first centrifugal pumps were created, which allowed the factory to be modernized to the scale of industrial production.
In 1959, the repair organization Hangzhuo Mechanical Reactive Factory was renamed Univrsal Machine Manufacturing, focusing on specialization in metallurgical and mining equipment.
In the period from 1966-1974 the enterprise actively produced spare parts for the C-I C6-II CW6140 equipment, and in 1974 the CZ3 loader was first developed and implemented, based on the counterweight principle.
In 1978, in the process of large-scale production of CZ3, the loader СРС3 was developed, which was approved by the department of expertise of industrial safety of mining equipment.
In the same year the enterprise received the official status of the manufacturer of forklifts, and a month later the company was again renamed to Hangzhou Förklift Factory. The work of the enterprise was approved by the production control body, and the SRC3 loader became the official start of the production activity of the company.
In 1983 the company established the Hangzhou Förklift Institut, which became the first scientific institution of the enterprise.
After 5 years, the company celebrated the production of a millionth loader called "Zhongshan", intended for scientific bases in Antarctica.
In 1991, the company's loader was recognized as the silver medalist in the field of the best products in the industry among all goods of China.
1995 was marked by the receipt of the international quality certificate ISО 9000. In 2000, Hangzhou Forklift Company Ltd. was officially registered, and also reformed into a diversified enterprise. Thanks to the management structure and qualified personnel, the organization has become successful and adapted to the current market conditions.
Three years later, after the enterprise was reformed, standardization of the management structure was introduced.
In 2005, after the third reform, the company became a holding company with more than 40 small companies with modern operating systems, which makes it possible to have an idea of the minimum changes in the market.
In 2011, the company was last renamed into Hаngcha Grоp Company Ltd. Today the enterprise has excellent prospects for the development of production and sales, increased investment and modernization of management structures and consulting.
